Old National has partnered with Ivy Tech Community College to offer team members the opportunity to earn a specialized Career Development Certificate (CDC) in Business Administration. Additionally, we provide various tuition reimbursement options to support further education and career advancement.

Learning Paths and Leadership Development
We provide a diverse range of learning opportunities for team members at all stages of their career journey. Most new team members take part in a learning path to develop the skills necessary for their new roles. New leaders receive a guided learning path tailored to their leadership experience.
