Instructions: Password and Login ID Recovery

Your user ID and password are the same for both Online Banking and the Mobile App. If you forgot your user ID or password, do one of the following:

  • On a Computer

    • Find the blue “Login” box at the upper right of this page.
    • Click it to make the login box appear.
    • Select “Forgot User ID or Password.”
    • You will be asked to provide information to receive a temporary password, or you can click “I forgot my user id,” which is located across the bottom of the screen.

Please note: When requesting or resetting your User ID or Password, you will be asked to enter your email address or phone number. For security purposes, these must match what you have on file with us.

  • On the Mobile App

    • At the login screen, tap “Forgot Login.”
    • Enter the requested information to receive a temporary password, or tap “I forgot my user id,” which is located across the bottom of the screen.

Please note: When requesting or resetting your User ID or Password, you will be asked to enter your email address or phone number. For security purposes, these must match what you have on file with us.

Additionally, resetting your User ID or password disables your biometrics. To enable once again, visit the Old National Mobile App and navigate to "More" to access your settings.

  • By Phone

    • First, please try to retrieve or reset your password on a computer or mobile device.
    • If, after trying, you are unable to do so, please call Client Care at 1-800-731-2265, Option 3, for login assistance.

Please note: When requesting or resetting your User ID or Password, you will be asked to enter your email address or phone number. For security purposes, these must match what you have on file with us.

How to Log in to Digital Banking

Clients with deposit or loan accounts can use Digital Banking to view their account balances. Click the blue “Login” box at the upper right of this page to enter your credentials.

Clients with an Old National Credit Card can access their account through our dedicated Credit Card Login portal, which is hosted on a separate external website.
