    1. How do I sign up for Card Controls and Alerts?

      Card Controls and Alerts are a feature of Online Banking and the Mobile App. You can activate Card Controls within Online Banking and the Mobile App; there is no need for any separate enrollment or downloading of any additional apps.

      Card Controls enable you to manage and monitor debit card activity, such as setting and receiving alerts or suspending certain transactions.

    2. What is mortgage refinancing?

      When you refinance your mortgage, you are essentially paying off your existing mortgage and replacing it with a new one. Mortgage refinancing can provide several benefits, including the opportunity to lower your interest rate, lower your monthly payment and pay off your loan earlier.

    3. Is Old National participating in the Main Street Lending Program?
      Yes, Old National is an eligible lender for the Main Street Lending Program. If you are considering applying for a Main Street Loan, please contact your Old National Relationship Manager or mainstreetlendingprogram@oldnational.com.     4. Does Old National still offer gift cards?

      As of 10/31/19, Old National stopped offering gift cards, due to the increased availability of such cards in many retailers.

      If you have already purchased a gift card from Old National, you can continue to use it until its expiration date. You can also visit the gift card site to check the balance of any existing card you may have.

      If you have an issue with an existing gift card, please call the Visa number on the back of the card.

    5. What is the Main Street Lending Program?
      The Federal Reserve Main Street Lending Program is structured to keep credit flowing and provide low-cost loans to small and mid-size businesses that were in good financial standing before the onset of the COVID-19 crisis. If you are considering applying for a Main Street Loan, please contact your Old National Relationship Manager or mainstreetlendingprogram@oldnational.com.     6. Are there limits on how many times I can use an Allpoint ATM?

      Old National clients have access to an unlimited number of surcharge-free transactions at Allpoint ATMs.

      Please be aware that there are limits on the amount of cash you can withdraw daily from both Allpoint and Old National ATMs. The amount can vary between Allpoint locations, but most will allow you to withdraw between $200 and $400 in a single transaction. To learn your daily limit, please contact Old National at 1-800-731-2265.

    7. What are the fees for an international Allpoint ATM transaction?

      If you use an ATM that is part of the Allpoint Network outside of the US, you will not incur any surcharges; however, Old National does charge a fee of 3% of the transaction for all international ATM/debit card transactions.

    8. What is Mortgage Manager?

      Old National Mortgage Manager enables you to access and manage your Old National mortgage loan through Online and Mobile Banking. For example, you can securely do the following:

      • Receive your billing statement electronically
      • Pay your mortgage payment
      • Sign up for automatic monthly payments
      • Set up notifications that will keep you informed about your loan

      Mortgage Manager is a free service for Old National clients.

      Typically, Old National holiday closings occur when the Federal Reserve is closed. Following are holiday closings for 2025:
