  1. Can my mortgage payment automatically be drafted from my checking or savings account?

Yes, mortgage payments can be automatically drafted by signing up for our Autopay service or Flexible Payments (Biweekly Drafting) service within Mortgage Manager.

With Autopay, your mortgage payment draft will occur on the specified date each month or the next business day if the specified day is a non-business day.

With Flexible Payments, a borrower is allowed to make half-payments every two weeks and apply these payments as a full monthly payment once a month.

The following information will help you in setting up automatic payments:

While Mortgage Manager is the simplest way to set up automatic payments, you can also download and return the Mortgage Loan Auto Pay form. This form can be returned to a banking center, mailed to PO Box 3789, Evansville, IN 47736 or emailed to mortops@oldnational.com to set up automatic payments.

If you need assistance setting up an automatic loan payment or want us to mail an auto pay form to you, please contact Mortgage Servicing at 1-866-853-3277 or visit any Old National banking center.

  8. How can I dispute a transaction that I don't recognize on my account?

    For Check Disputes
Please visit any Old National banking center, as an associate will need to complete the appropriate paperwork, which will require your signature. At the same time, we will handle any changes that need to be made to your account. Sometimes it may be necessary to close the account and open a new one or issue a new debit card if the card number was compromised.

For Electronic and Debit Card Transaction Disputes
You may call Client Care at 1-800-731-2265, Option 2, or visit an Old National banking center. Our associates can assist in filing the paperwork as well as issuing a new debit card if applicable.

  10. What if a COVID-19 stimulus payment is sent to an Old National account that is closed or overdrawn?

    Closed Accounts
If the IRS sends your Economic Impact Payment via direct deposit to an Old National account you have closed, we unfortunately do not have access to those funds. The IRS advises people that if they don't receive their Economic Impact Payment, they should file their 2020 tax return electronically and claim the Recovery Rebate Credit on their tax return to get their payment and any refund as quickly as possible.

    Overdrawn Accounts
If the IRS direct deposits your stimulus payment into an Old National account that is currently overdrawn, and you want to use these funds to bring your account back to a positive balance, there’s nothing you need to do.

If having these funds go toward your negative balance will create a hardship for you, please contact us at 1-800-731-2265, Option 6.
